Ocean Paradise wants to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s).
These terms and conditions are applicable to customers who have made online purchases from Ocean Paradise and do not extend to customers who have purchased from an Ocean Paradise retail store.
Ocean Paradise reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
- For items that are returned for reasons originating from the customer, the return period is 30 days of arrival of the item at your destination. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Product packaging, manuals, any accessories included along with attached tags and labels are intact
- Swimsuits and garments are in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done)
- Invoice (Packing List) is included
- Any free gifts are included
- A completed Return Form (downloaded here) is included
- Items that are returned in a condition that differs from how they were packed originally may not be entitled to a refund
- Sale items, clearance items, customised items, reserved items are not returnable or exchangeable
- For items that are faulty or defective, Ocean Paradise will replace the item with the same item. Should we be unable to replace with the same item, we will inform you within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please see below for details on return and replacement of defective items
How to Return an Item Purchased on Ocean Paradise Online Store
1) Contact Us for a Returns Number
- Get your Order Number ready from the Order Confirmation Email (screen shot of the email & circle the order number)
- Contact us here with information on your request
- A Returns Number will be issued to you
2) Fill up the Return Form
- The Returns Number
3) Pack the Items with the Return Form
Within 1 week of receiving the Returns Number, pack the original Invoice (Packing List), Return Form and items you wish to return into a suitable box or envelope and send
4) Dispatch the Items to Ocean Paradise
Post all return or exchange packages to:

- For items that are returned to Ocean Paradise for reasons originating from the customer, the shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Ocean Paradise DOES NOT accept responsibility of non-arrival of returning goods so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges meet the returns requirements above, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
- All duties, taxes and other costs incurred on an exchange or refund request is at the customer’s expense. Should a parcel be sent to Ocean Paradise on freight collect, the charges will be deducted from the refund amount
5) Inspection of Returned Goods
Ocean Paradise will inspect the items upon the arrival of the parcel.
Should these returns requirements not be met, it is possible that Ocean Paradise will have to return the item back to you.
- The item(s) is a sale item, clearance item, customised or reserved item
- The tags and/or labels are missing
- The manuals and/or accessories are missing
- The original packaging is not in the parcel
- The invoice (packing list) is not included in the parcel
- The free gift is not included in the parcel
- The item is not in a resellable condition
- The item(s) were purchased from another company or online store
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 14 business days of Ocean Paradise completing the incoming inspection. A notification will be sent to your nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
We DO NOT do exchanges of items purchased on our Ocean Paradise online store. Please complete the Returns process above and repurchase your desired item.
Return and Replacement of a Defective or Wrong Item
We are indeed embarrassed and sorry if this happens. We will endeavour to send you a replacement for the item in the shortest time possible so long as we have the same item in our inventory. If we do not have a replacement item, we will provide you with a refund for the item.
Please understand that the inventory in our physical stores and online stores are separate so it may not be possible to move the inventory across these store categories even if they are available.
For Defective or Wrong Item, please contact us here and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned and replaced.
