Returns and Exchanges Policy


 

 

 

 

Ocean Paradise wants to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s).

These terms and conditions are applicable to customers who have made online purchases from Ocean Paradise and do not extend to customers who have purchased from an Ocean Paradise retail store.

Ocean Paradise reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Return Requirements

  • The following items are NOT eligible for return and exchange: final sale item, reserved item, skin/body care item and free gift.

  • ONLY Non-Final Sale item can be returned. It must be returned within 30 days of the date you receive the product.

  • We accept returns only if,
    1. It is Non-Final Sale item
    2. It is in original condition - unworn (swimwear) and unwashed
    3. Product tags and labels are intact
    4. Product packaging, manuals, hygiene tag, any accessories, free gifts are included
    5. The invoice is included
    6. A completed Return Form is included

Please take note that items are returned in different condition from how they were packed originally may not be entitled to a refund.

  • For items that are returned to Ocean Paradise for reasons originating from the customer, the shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Ocean Paradise DOES NOT accept responsibility of non-arrival of returning goods so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges meet the returns requirements above, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

  • All duties, taxes and other costs incurred on an exchange or refund request is at the customer’s expense. Should a parcel be sent to Ocean Paradise on freight collect, the charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refund

Once the product has been received by us and has passed our quality inspection, we will refund the amount within 3 working days. A refund notice will be sent to your registered email once the refund has been entered. The eventual date when the amount gets credited to your account will depend on your bank’s policy and payment method used.

 

Return and Replacement of a Defective or Wrong Item

We are indeed embarrassed and sorry if this happens. We will endeavour to send you a replacement for the item in the shortest time possible so long as we have the same item in our inventory. If we do not have a replacement item, we will provide you with a refund for the item.

Please understand that the inventory in our physical stores and online stores are separate so it may not be possible do the exchange on the spot or move the inventory across these store categories even if they are available.

For Defective or Wrong Item, please contact us here and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned and replaced.
