SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE
Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE within Singapore for orders over S$100.
Orders under S$ 100 incur a S$5 delivery fee.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are packed and shipped daily between Mondays and Fridays. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days within Singapore after order is received.

Orders will be picked and dispatched to our stores one business day after the order is received, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The store will contact you via telephone or WhatsApp once the order arrives at the store of your choice.

Tracking
An email will be sent to you once the order is dispatched from the warehouse. You can track your order status following the information on this email.

Shipping Charges
Shipping outside Singapore is based on zones.
Shipping to Malaysia starts at S$12.50.

International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees
All duties, taxes and customs fees are determined by the country of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Timeframes
If any goods purchased on www.oceanparadise.com.sg is out of stock, we will inform you via email within 1 business day.
Orders are packed and shipped daily except weekends and Singapore Public Holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order. The parcel will be delivered within 14 - 28 business days, depending on international parcel conditions, once the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
** Kindly note that shipping internationally is extensively delayed due to flight restrictions during COVID-19. We hand our parcel to trusted third-parties with tracking so please be patient as you wait for the arrival of the goods **
Tracking
A tracking code for your shipment will be provided via email once the item is dispatched from the warehouse. You can track your order status with the tracking code through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
